Hermetic Clamp Heater Models

HERMETIC CLAMP HEATING MODELS

Very suitable for injection nozzles and locations are conducive to falling materials, due to its completely sealed construction. They are made of brass tube, the hood is welded to the body.

ARMOURED HEATING ELEMENT CLAMP

Sealing the armoured heating element is guaranteed in normal use.
By combining conductive heat transfer with radiation, and taking into account their specific high charge (from 6 to 10 W / cm 2)  fairly high heating rates are achieved.
The working temperature reaches to 750 º C, and may control the temperature of the heater through thermocouples installed inside the armored elements.
Armored elements can be circular or flat.  They are always made to order.

HEATING CLAMP WITH COOLING

This model, equipped with a cooling fan, is designed for applications such as plastic extrusion, which emphasize a high temperature and direct cooling.
The set is made up of one or more heater with ceramic elements, all in an enclosed outer casing in stainless steel plate fitted with a fan for cooling, with separate connection of the heating elements and equipped with a closed system to facilitate quick installation .
They are made from a minimum size of 56x120mm Ø

ELEMENTS EMBEDDED IN FOUNDRY

The heating element is embedded within a body of cast aluminum, brass, bronzel, or iron.

They are perfectly suited to extreme operating conditions (shock, vibration etc.).

And allow us to ensure uniform heating both flat and cylindrical. The casting, gravity, is made with a sand mold or metal depending on the number of parts, and mechanical properties required. They can be equipped with inner tubes, water cooling or thermal fluid circulation for heating compressed air or other gas under pressure.  Semiabrazaderas forming two are an excellent alternative for heating pipes or reactors.
