KBF THE RAPID MEDIUM-WAWE INFRARED RADIATOR
kbf

The heating surface consists of a ceramic insulation material and a high-temperature metal foil. The insulation material supports the meal foil and obstructs the flow of heat to the back. A heating surface is divided up into modules . The module and heat-fi eld framework is made from aluminium or stainless steel.
The radiation side is covered with a stainless steel wire grid for protection .
The
electrical connection comes through a fl exible metal tube or is w ired in a terminal box.
The heating foils are made from a very stable and resistant material which makes
them insensitive to vibrations and alternating thermal loads.
The self-cleaning effect when exposed to contamination from solid condensates etc. guarantees along service life.

LOW PRESSURE MERCURY VAPOR LAMPS

Low pressure quartz UV lamps, also called "germicidal lamps", use UVC light to obtain the rapid sterilization of bacteria, molds, fungi, viruses and microorganisms in both air and water.
In this type of lamp about 40% of electrical energy is converted directly into UVC radiation with monochromatic emissions at 254 nm for germicidal applications and at 185 nm for surface oxidation.

LOW PRESSURE AMALGAM LAMPS, LINEAL MODELS

Low-pressure amalgam UV lamps contain not only mercury but a solid amalgam or mercury alloy with other metals.
Low-amalgam lamps represent the optimum solution for the disinfection and ultraviolet oxidation of water, air and surfaces, since they combine very long life (up to 20,000 hours) and optimum UVC efficiency at 254 nm (up to 45%) at A much higher power density than traditional low pressure lamps and mercury medium pressure lamps.

Amalgam UV lamps, thanks to high power and long life, are an economically advantageous solution for ultraviolet disinfection systems since they contain significantly the operating costs derived from the decrease in the number of installed lamps, electronic components And maintenance costs.

A special quartz coating process allows UV lamps at low amalgam pressure to maintain virtually constant germicidal action throughout the lamp life cycle
